Live 2-Day Masterclass for Established Founders & CEOs
The Trust Gap Map
Before a buyer speaks to you, they often search your name, visit your website and decide how much they trust you.
In this live 2-day Masterclass, you’ll see what they see, find the gap creating doubt and map your first repair priority.
They seemed interested. Then silence.
Suddenly you have to justify the price.
You keep repeating why you’re credible.
These problems often happen when buyers do not see enough proof to trust you.
Before they speak to you, they may already have Googled you, checked LinkedIn, visited your website, read reviews, looked for media coverage and asked AI about you.
A familiar deal
The buyer liked your offer. They understood the value. The next step looked clear.
Then the proposal moved through finance, procurement, legal, or another senior leader.
Someone you never met searched your name, opened your website and looked for proof. They saw your claims, but they did not find enough evidence to feel safe saying yes.
No one explained the problem. The deal slowed down. Your price came under pressure. A safer-looking competitor moved ahead.

Your proof has to reach them before you do.
Source: 2025 Edelman-LinkedIn B2B Thought Leadership Impact Report.A Trust Gap is the distance between what you claim and what a buyer can quickly find, verify and believe about you.
When the proof does not support the claim, trust drops before the sales conversation begins.
Your team posts more content. You run LinkedIn campaigns, ads and PR. More people find you, but buyers still hesitate, question your price or disappear.
The problem is not always visibility. When the proof behind your claims is weak, scattered or hard to verify, every new campaign sends more buyers to the same gap.
The backstory
After a serious hospital experience, I found myself asking why strong work still required such a fight for trust.
That question changed what I studied. I stopped looking only at what happened during the sales call and started looking at what buyers saw before it: search results, websites, LinkedIn, media, reviews and visible proof.
I kept finding the same problem. Good founders had real experience and results, but their proof was scattered or hard to verify. Buyers saw fragments and made decisions before the founder had a chance to explain.
That work became the Trust Architecture Method. This Masterclass helps you find the same hidden gaps and identify what to fix first.
